Our belief systems are formed in our early years and can cause repetitive patterns that affect our quality of life and relationships.

Through the framework of somatic processing we are able to release these painful patterns and beliefs that are preventing us from living a fulfilling life.

It takes courage to face the truth about what is no longer working in our lives. Once we take ownership of our life circumstances, we start to realise how much we’ve been suppressing our real feelings and needs. This has led us to feel disconnected and unfulfilled, finding ourselves living in a way that lacks purpose and joy.

Acknowledging our feelings and needs is the first step, and takes us to the youngest parts of ourselves for healing.

By doing the important work of healing, we raise ourselves and make the world a better place. It’s time to get to the root cause of our problems instead of just managing the symptoms, this is where true healing and lasting change takes place.

Why is it like this?

Our childhood experiences have had a major influence over how we view ourselves and others.

These early years have a huge impact on what we believe about how worthy we are to receive love & belonging, money, peace, joy and all of the things.

These beliefs get stored in our body’s nervous system, and can stay with us until we are able to resolve them. They show up as overwhelm, negative coping strategies and relationship patterns that are reinforced year after year. If a strong sense of Self hasn’t been developed, this can result in sacrificing ourselves, experiencing emotional exhaustion, and losing our true nature.

How can I help?

When we work together, you will be guided through a framework that allows you to tune into your body and unresolved emotions. This will enable parts of you that need to be seen, acknowledged and understood to be healed.

Unhelpful patterns and feelings of unworthiness are able to be released and transformed in a safe and lasting way. You will gain your own wisdom and insights from your heart and spirit that can be taken into your future. These beautiful “a-ha” moments will remain with you long-term, allowing you to experience lasting results.
